Barnes & Mullins BMUK10 ukuleles feature solid Mahogany tops matched with solid Mahogany back and sides. A medium / dense wood, Mahogany delivers a soft and warm, focused tone with plenty of emphasis on the mid-range.

Plus, their solid tonewood body construction ensures they produce a wonderfully full, loud and pure tone that will mature and sound even better over time. The more you play your BMUK10 uke, the more its solid body ‘beds in’ as the wood moves and vibrates – in turn achieving a remarkable tonal balance and natural resonance for years to come.

Complete with a rosewood fingerboard and bridge, a bevelled body edge for extra comfort, and finished in a beautiful high gloss finish that accentuates the contrasting light and mid brown wood grain - BMUK10 ukuleles offer superior quality and playability.

Who is this ukulele for?

Concert ukuleles are the second largest of the three common sizes of ukulele (soprano, concert, tenor). Their size offers a good compromise between smaller soprano and larger tenor ukuleles.

They feature a larger fret spacing and slightly wider neck than their soprano brethren – meaning they’re easy to play as they there’s more space on the fingerboard to master the chord shapes. The concert size is a great choice for players of any experience or skill level.

Their larger body means they naturally produce a full sound and warm tone with more mid-range emphasis than the soprano. They’re therefore excellent accompaniment ukuleles that blend well alongside other instruments.
